Seeking Wildlife & Nature Photos

The Convention and Visitors Bureau of the BEA Chamber of Commerce is looking for pictures of wildlife & nature for publication in a Faribault County Watchable Wildlife Calendar to be printed for 2010. There are 12 designated sites that the group would like pictures for. They are as follows:

1. Steinberg Nature Park
2. Pilot Grove Lake
3. Walnut Lake
4. Phils Park
5. Woods Lake
6. Rice Lake by Winnebago
7. Unity Trail/Schwens Woods
8. Hodgman Gravel Pit
9. Native Prairie Grass or Wildflowers
10. Union Slough (the only site out of Faribault County)
11. Minnesota Lake

The pictures can be of birds, waterfowl, deer, raccoon, beaver, butterflies, dragonflies, wildflowers etc.

The CVB will pay $50 for the winning picture used for each site on the calendar and also give photo credit to the photographer. Pictures selected for the calendar will then become the property of the Blue Earth Convention and Visitors Bureau.
