University of Blue Earth

Have you heard the news? Blue Earth is getting a University! Well not really…but we decided to say we have one anyway. Just for fun.

University of Blue Earth sweatshirts, hoodies and t-shirts with an “official” school crest will now be available at the Blue Earth Area Chamber of Commerce. The chamber is the official Blue Earth University Gift Shop. It’s located right next to the “campus” library and just down the street Ankeny’s Coffee Shop will soon be the “student lounge.” We have even heard rumors that KBEW the local radio station, may soon be known as the “campus radio.” We encourage all University alumni students to proudly wear the t-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts without informing unsuspecting out-of-staters that the university is fictitious. So come on in and get your University of Blue Earth shirt today, before supplies run out!

   I remember driving through Blue Earth and seeing the green giant several years ago ! It would be wonderful to sport a Blue Earth hoodie !! Are they available through mail order on the web ?
