Blue Earth’s United Hospital District has 43 licensed hospital beds, 24 adolescent treatment beds, 160 employees, 50 physicians and other providers. A therapy clinic offers innovative physical and occupational therapy through United Hospital District.

Blue Earth is also served by Blue Earth Clinic that is located on South Galbraith Street.

Licensed psychologists, licensed marriage and family therapists provide quality therapy for children, adolescents and adults at Family Inspirations.

Blue Earth has two optometry offices- Associate Optometry and Blue Earth Valley Eye Clinic Ltd. – two chiropractic clinics and several massage therapists.

There are four dentists serving the Blue Earth area.
