Chef’s Table

 

Reserve your place at the next Chef’s Table on September 30, 2017!  This event is being hosted by Chef John of Conger Inn Victory Catering which is located at 98 Maple Street in Conger, Mn.  There will be two seatings, one at 4:30 p.m. and another at 7:00 p.m. Each seating is limited to 25 persons and the cost is $50.00 per per person. Menu for the night includes:

Choice of Appetizers
– Alligator Ribs with Citrus Diablo
– Baked Brie Encroute with Raspberry Sauce

Salad – Quinoa Vegetable Salad

Palate Cleanser – Neopolitan Sherbert

Choice of Entrée
– Stuffed Shrimp Rumaki with Lobster Brandy Cream Sauce
– Roast Duck with Wild Rice Apple Mango Stuffing Supreme
– Herbal Encrusted Ribeye with Port Wine Portabello Mushroom Sauce

Vegetable – French Style Green Beans

Potato – Oven Roasted Red Skin Potatoes

Dessert – Bananas Foster
