Chef’s Table

Reserve your place at the next Chef’s Table, June 24, 2017 at Conger Inn Victory Catering, 98 Maple Street, in Conger. There are two seating times – 4:30 pm & 7 pm – with each seating limited to 25 people. Cost is $50 per person (tax not included). Reservations can be made by calling Chef John at 507-265-3265.

Choice of appetizers:
Fresh blue lump crab cake w/choron sauce
Baked brie w/raspberry sauce

Salad: Mediterranean salad

Palate cleanser: Sherbert

Choice of Entrée:
Herb crusted rack of lamb w/fresh mint sauce
Seafood en papillote (walleye, scallops, shrimp in a white wine & lemon butter sauce)
Boeuf Bourguignon (braised filet tips in a burgundy wine sauce w/portabello mushrooms)

Vegetable: Fresh spring medley

Potato: Sweet potato mash w/honey butter

Choice of Dessert:
Blueberry pie
Cherry pie
